What happens if a customer opts out of SMS?
Mobile Message respects opt-out preferences. When you integrate via Zapier, make sure you are only sending SMS to customers who have consented. Check your account settings to ensure unsubscribe logic is enabled.
How do I connect ThriveCart to send SMS notifications?
Build a Zap in Zapier using ThriveCart as the trigger (purchase, cart abandoned, subscription event, etc.), then add Mobile Message as the action. Authenticate both accounts and you will need a Mobile Message API key to start sending SMS.
