About the The Flybook integration

A tour operator can receive a new reservation while the customer is still waiting for clear confirmation. The Flybook can start a Zap when a Front End Booking or Back End Booking Exported event occurs. Mobile Message can then send a text to the customer or notify the team member responsible for the reservation.

An Inquiry Form Submitted event can prompt a quick response to a prospective guest, while Waiver Signed can alert staff that a booking file is ready for the next step. Guest Feedback Submitted can also send an internal notice when a visitor leaves feedback. The message can use the event details supplied by The Flybook and remain focused on one action.

The Flybook has no listed actions, so the practical direction is from its events into Mobile Message. Zapier manages the setup and field mapping. This is not a native two-way reservation connection, and Mobile Message will only perform the action selected in each Zap.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
