A supporter watches a ThankView all the way through while your fundraising team is preparing the next personal touch. That watched event can start a Zap which sends an SMS through Mobile Message, helping your team acknowledge engagement while the donor’s interest is current. You can also use a new reply or a ThankView Sent event as the point that begins an SMS follow-up.

ThankView gives donor teams a way to share personalised videos through email and text, while Mobile Message provides a separate SMS action for timely operational communication. Zapier passes selected fields between the two accounts. This is not a native integration and it does not synchronise donor activity or conversations. A Zap might send a brief thank-you after a ThankView is watched, alert a fundraiser when a new reply arrives, or provide a next-step message after a ThankView is sent. Keep the SMS plain text and make the purpose clear. The message can use the recipient’s mapped mobile number and relevant event data from ThankView.

For larger supporter programmes, ThankView’s Add Recipient to a Campaign and Add a Recipient to a List actions can also be started by an inbound SMS or delivery event from Mobile Message, where that workflow is genuinely useful. This gives your team a practical way to place engaged contacts into the appropriate ThankView list after a response.
