Field service teams using Sweven can alert customers and staff when new work enters the system. A new project, new ticket, new client or new contact can start a Zapier workflow with Mobile Message, turning a record created in Sweven into a noticeable SMS for the person who needs to act.

A new ticket can notify a coordinator that support work has arrived. A new project can text a client or field worker with the initial details, while a new contact can create a Mobile Message contact for later communication. Sweven actions also allow an inbound SMS to create a ticket, contact, client or project when a text contains information your team wants recorded in Sweven.

This connection uses Zapier and requires Sweven and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native two-way integration or automatic database sync. Choose a specific Sweven event for each Zap and pair it with one Mobile Message action, such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. Map only the fields your workflow needs.
