A job finishes, the invoice is settled and a confirmation text goes out through Mobile Message to let the customer know it's done. Days later there's still no review sitting on the business's SureCritic profile, and by the time someone remembers to ask, the customer has moved on and the moment to ask has passed.

Connected through Zapier, Mobile Message can hand that moment over to SureCritic automatically. Once a text confirming the job or order has been delivered, a Zap can trigger SureCritic's request feedback action, prompting the customer for a review while the job is still fresh in their mind rather than waiting for someone on the team to remember.

This only runs one way, from a delivered Mobile Message text through to a feedback request in SureCritic, so it suits a business that already texts customers as part of finishing a job and wants that same moment to also start collecting reviews for the SureCritic profile, without adding a task to anyone's to do list.
