SuperOffice CRM SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SuperOffice CRM!

Customers receive faster, more relevant contact when SuperOffice CRM events can start Mobile Message texts. A new appointment can prompt a plain SMS reminder, while a new request can alert the service person who needs to respond. A new sale can also send a short internal notification, so important CRM activity is not left waiting in a shared queue.

The connection uses Zapier and lets teams choose individual SuperOffice events rather than sending every CRM change to a phone. Use New Contact to create a Mobile Message contact, or use New Company to create a company record in Mobile Message when a new account enters SuperOffice. Delivery Status Updated can also start a Zap that creates a Request Message in SuperOffice, giving staff a visible delivery follow-up. These are separate, one-way workflows. They do not create a continuous two-way sync between the platforms. Map the appropriate phone number, contact name, appointment details or request reference, then test each Zap with a real example. This approach is useful for sales, service and project teams that need selected events surfaced by SMS.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
