Superdocu users can use Zapier to turn workflow events into Mobile Message texts, giving the customer or an internal team member a timely prompt. A contact invited to workflow event can send an invitation reminder, while a document group rejected event can alert the person responsible for fixing the submission.

Superdocu also provides triggers for a completed workflow, a document group that expires today and a document group that expires in one week. These events can support practical reminders without requiring staff to check every workflow manually. Its actions include Invite Contact to Workflow and Create Contact, while Mobile Message provides Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List. The connection runs through Zapier and is not a native two-way integration. It does not change Superdocu workflow status when a text is sent. Instead, choose the Superdocu event, map the available contact details and create a clear message about the required action or deadline.
