About the SubscriptionFlow integration

A recurring customer’s record changes while your billing team is handling other work. SubscriptionFlow can notify Mobile Message through Zapier when a new module record is created or an existing record is updated, so customers or staff can receive a useful SMS at the right point in the process.

The available events are flexible because module records can represent different subscription workflows. A new record might send an onboarding message, while an updated record can notify a customer about a change already recorded in SubscriptionFlow. Mobile Message’s inbound SMS event can also run SubscriptionFlow’s Create Module Record action when a reply needs to become a new record for review. These are separate one-way Zaps, not a general account synchronisation. SubscriptionFlow remains the system for subscription records and Mobile Message handles plain text communication.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.
