A subscription order fails, a recurring plan begins or an account becomes past due. Subamplify records those store events, and a Zap can make the customer or your team aware through Mobile Message. This reduces the delay between a store event and a useful message, particularly when payment problems need attention before a subscription is interrupted.

Failed Shop Order can trigger a payment follow-up text, while New Past Due Subscription can alert a customer or accounts team to review the account. New Recurring Subscription and New Gift Subscription can start welcome or recipient messages, and Completed Shop Order can prompt a delivery or service update when the available order data supports it. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list from a subscription event.

The connection is made through Zapier. Each workflow starts from one Subamplify trigger and runs a selected Mobile Message action. It does not update Subamplify from Mobile Message or maintain a continuous two-way subscription record. Test consent, recipient details and message timing before sending customer texts.

For payment-related messages, keep the wording clear and direct, and point the recipient to the correct next step using any link available in the Zap data. For welcome messages, map the subscription or gift details that help the recipient understand why they are receiving the SMS.
