Studio Pro SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Studio Pro!

A dance studio is setting up classes when a student adds a class, a payment arrives or a parent is created. Studio Pro can pass those events to Zapier, where Mobile Message sends a plain text update or customer message. New Student, New Lead and Class Dropped are also useful starting points for timely communication with staff, students or parents.

A studio can use New Payment to acknowledge a payment, New Debit to alert staff to an account charge, or Class Dropped to prompt a retention call. Send Parents and Send Students are useful when a selected group should receive an SMS from Mobile Message. Studio Pro has no actions in this Zapier surface, so an inbound reply cannot update a student or parent record here. The connection is configured in Zapier and each workflow runs in one direction. Delivery Status Updated can begin a separate reporting Zap, but it cannot trigger a Studio Pro action. Choose recipients carefully and personalise messages with the fields supplied by the selected Studio Pro event.
