Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with STORIS!

A furniture or appliance order reaches an important point while the customer is waiting for delivery or pickup news. STORIS provides events such as New Order, Payment Taken, Fulfillment Scheduled Delivery and Fulfillment Completed Customer Pickup. A Zap can pass one of those events to Mobile Message and send a plain text SMS at the moment it matters.

Payment Taken can support a payment acknowledgement, while Fulfillment Scheduled Delivery can tell a customer that a delivery has been arranged. Fulfillment Completed Customer Pickup or Fulfillment Completed Delivery can also provide a completion message when the trigger includes a usable mobile number. STORIS has no actions in the supplied list, so the connection is designed for STORIS events that produce Mobile Message notifications. It does not update STORIS orders or create records there.
