Storied SMS Integration

A prospect opens a Storied presentation, but the sales team may not notice until much later. Storied can send a New Visitor or Returning Visitor event to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a chance to send a timely SMS to a contact already known to your business. That can prompt a sales follow-up while the content view is still relevant, rather than leaving the interaction buried in activity history.

This setup is designed for teams using Storied for sales enablement and personalised content. A first view can trigger an introductory message, while a returning view can alert a sales representative or send a relevant follow-up. Storied provides triggers only, so the useful outcome comes from pairing those events with Mobile Message actions such as Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. There are no Storied actions available for a reply-led workflow. Configure each Zap in Zapier and choose carefully which viewers should receive a message.
