Storenvy SMS Integration

A shopper places an order on Storenvy and expects confirmation without waiting for a team member to copy details into another system. Storenvy’s New Order trigger can start a Zap which sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the customer a prompt order acknowledgement. New Payment and New Fulfillment provide further points for messages about the progress of a purchase.

Storenvy supports online stores and product discovery, while Mobile Message provides plain text communication for customer updates. Zapier passes the selected order fields into the Mobile Message action. It is not a native integration and it does not synchronise orders, products or fulfilment records. A New Payment event can send a payment confirmation, while New Fulfillment can notify the customer that the order has moved to the next stage. Keep the SMS focused and include only the order details that are appropriate for a text message. A link can be included if your workflow supplies one, but the message should remain useful without attachments.

Storenvy’s listed capabilities are triggers only, so the practical outcome is an SMS from Mobile Message. Test the customer mobile field, event timing and wording with a sample order before enabling the Zap for live shoppers.
