New Order can trigger an SMS confirming that a purchase has been received. New Enquiry can alert a sales person to contact a prospective customer, while New User can create a Mobile Message contact for future communication. If products are added through StoreHippo, New Product can also notify an internal list when a new item becomes available.

These workflows help an online store respond promptly without requiring someone to watch StoreHippo throughout the day.
