Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Staykeepers!

A reservation changes while a property team is dealing with guests, tenants and enquiries. Staykeepers records new and updated reservations, but a manual check can delay the message that confirms what happens next. A Zap can send those reservation events to Mobile Message, giving the right person or guest a timely text without someone retyping booking information.

New Reservation can trigger a welcome or arrival message, while Updated Reservation can alert a property manager that dates, guest details or other reservation information has changed. The SMS can include the available reservation reference and next step. Where the event supplies a mobile number, the Zap can create a Mobile Message contact or add the guest to a suitable list.

The connection is provided through Zapier. It uses individual Staykeepers triggers and Mobile Message actions, rather than a native two-way connection or continuous synchronisation. Property teams can choose whether the recipient is the guest, an on-call manager or another internal contact.

Keep the message short and relevant to the reservation event. A booking confirmation, change alert or arrival reminder can be more useful than passing every available field. Test the workflow with both new and updated reservations so changes reach the intended recipient and do not create unexpected messages.

Can Staykeepers send an SMS when a reservation is created?

Yes. New Reservation can trigger Send SMS in Mobile Message. Use the available guest and reservation fields to create a welcome, confirmation or arrival message, with the guest’s mobile number mapped when it is supplied by Staykeepers.

Can an updated Staykeepers reservation alert a property manager?

Yes. Updated Reservation can run Send SMS to a nominated manager or another mapped recipient. The message can identify the reservation and describe the available changed details. This workflow sends an alert and does not update Staykeepers from Mobile Message.

How do I set up Staykeepers reservation texts?

You need Staykeepers, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Select New Reservation or Updated Reservation, choose a Mobile Message action and map the reservation fields. Zapier guides the no-code setup, then you can test both the recipient and message before switching the Zap on.
