Can a text reply add someone to my Stannp mailing list?
Yes. A Zap can watch for an inbound text received through Mobile Message and use Stannp's Add Recipient action to place that person into a recipient group, so a reply becomes a mailing contact without manual entry.
Can I send a postcard automatically when a customer texts me?
You can. Pairing Inbound SMS Received with Stannp's Create Postcard action means a customer's reply can set a printed postcard on its way to them, useful for a physical follow up to a text enquiry.
What do I need to link Stannp with Mobile Message?
An active Stannp account, a Mobile Message account and a Zapier account are all you need. Build the Zap by choosing Inbound SMS Received as the trigger and the Stannp action you want, then turn it on, no coding involved.
