Stampede SMS Integration

A customer registers or creates a new interaction in Stampede, and your team needs to respond before that interest fades. Manual follow-up can mean exporting details, finding a phone number and composing a message after the useful moment has passed. Zapier can pass Stampede events to Mobile Message so a selected SMS action happens as part of the customer process.

Customer Registration can send a welcome message or create a Mobile Message contact. New Interaction can send a follow-up text after a recorded engagement. If a customer opts out by texting, Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received can trigger Stampede’s Suppressed Customer action, adding that person to the suppression list. This is a collection of separate, one-directional Zaps rather than a native integration or a two-way sync. You choose the Stampede event or action, map the customer and message fields, and define the Mobile Message response in Zapier. The result is a noticeable message, contact record or suppression update that follows the event you selected.
