Create Contact can store the visitor’s phone number in Mobile Message, while Add Contact to List can group people by property, inspection, or campaign. This gives agents a practical way to keep contact details ready without copying them from the Speedy Open House account.

The workflow is useful for real estate agents and other operators who collect visitor details in person. It does not make the two platforms share records or send messages in both directions.
