Audio course and podcast operators can respond to listener changes without checking every Soundwise account manually. New Listener can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, creates a contact or adds the listener to a list. Unsubscribed Listener can also trigger an unsubscribe action in Mobile Message.

A new listener message can welcome someone to a soundcast and explain where to begin. If a listener unsubscribes from a soundcast, Add Unsubscribe can record that preference in Mobile Message so later messages do not use that number. The supplied Soundwise actions, Remove Listener From Soundcast and Enroll/Update Listener in Soundcast, can be used when another event starts the Zap, but they do not create a two-way listener sync. The connection runs through Zapier. Map the listener’s mobile number where available, write plain text that matches the relationship and test both subscription paths before enabling them. Each workflow has one direction and one selected result.
