SoTellUs SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SoTellUs!
Use New SoTellUs Review to alert a team member when a review is collected. New leads can start Mobile Message Create Contact or Add Contact to List, so people gathered through SoTellUs can be recorded for future communication. You can also use Mobile Message Send SMS to notify an operator about a new lead or review, with the wording and recipient selected in Zapier.
The SoTellUs action works in the other direction when another app supplies the trigger. For instance, an event from a separate system could run Create Invite to Review. This is a collection of one-way Zaps, not a shared customer database, and each action is configured separately.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.

Can SoTellUs send an SMS when a new review is collected?
Yes. New SoTellUs Review can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. The Zap can notify a review manager or another nominated recipient, using the review information supplied by SoTellUs in the message fields.
Can new SoTellUs leads be added to a Mobile Message list?
Watch for New STU Leads can start Mobile Message Add Contact to List. Map the lead’s details and choose the destination list in Zapier. You can instead use Create Contact when the lead should first be recorded as an individual contact.
What do I need to connect SoTellUs and Mobile Message?
Use Zapier to choose a SoTellUs trigger or action and pair it with the relevant Mobile Message step. Both accounts must be available for authorisation. Setup involves selecting fields and testing the Zap, with no code required.
