Data teams using Solve Data often receive events that need to become useful customer or operational records. A new event can otherwise remain in a data platform while the people responsible for orders, payments, or profiles wait for a separate alert. Solve Data can also create a new order, payment, product, cart, stat, or profile as an action in a workflow.

Through Zapier, Solve Data’s New Event trigger can start Mobile Message to send SMS, create a contact, or add a contact to a list. For example, a new event containing a customer mobile number could prompt a confirmation or place the person in an appropriate audience. Mobile Message can also trigger Solve Data’s New Order, New Payment, or New Profile action when an inbound SMS or delivery status is the starting event.

These are distinct one-directional steps rather than a two-way sync. Each Zap uses the event and fields you select, so Solve Data can remain the place for data management while Mobile Message handles customer text communication.
