A customer completes a Snackeet story while your team is busy elsewhere, and the interaction can easily sit unseen until someone checks the builder. That matters when a story contains a survey, quiz or poll designed to collect a response that deserves a prompt follow-up. A new file upload can also signal that someone has completed an important step.

Through Zapier, Snackeet events can start Mobile Message actions for a more immediate customer response. New Interaction can send an SMS acknowledging participation or directing the person to the next step, provided the interaction supplies a suitable mobile number. New File Upload can alert a staff member that a response or submission needs attention. You can also use a new interaction to create a Mobile Message contact, giving your team a record for later outreach.

This connection helps turn activity inside an interactive story into a visible action outside Snackeet. It does not read attachments into an SMS or create a native two-way connection. Instead, you choose the Snackeet event, map the available fields in Zapier and select the Mobile Message result that suits your follow-up process.
