SmartrMail SMS Integration

A customer joins an online audience while your team is preparing the next product recommendation. SmartrMail can start a Zap when a new subscriber is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add the subscriber to a list.

A welcome text can acknowledge the subscription, while creating a Mobile Message contact gives the team a clear record for SMS communication. You can also add the subscriber to a selected list for a product group, store audience or campaign. Through Zapier, SmartrMail subscriber details are mapped into the chosen Mobile Message action, so staff do not need to export subscribers and enter their numbers manually. The connection is useful when email audience growth should also prompt a timely SMS step, but it does not synchronise subscriber records or reproduce SmartrMail recommendations in Mobile Message. Keep the SMS concise and ensure the subscriber's mobile details and permission support the message you intend to send. SmartrMail remains responsible for its subscriber and product recommendation functions.
