SigParser can start a Zapier workflow when New Contacts are created or modified, allowing Mobile Message to create or update the corresponding contact. This gives a team a clearer record to check before sending messages.

The New Companies trigger can also send an SMS to an internal owner when a company is created or updated, while New Contacts can send a notification that a person’s details are ready for review. Mobile Message’s Create Contact and Update Contact actions suit different record-handling needs. Create Contact is useful for a new person, while Update Contact can apply later changes supplied by SigParser.

SigParser continues to capture and organise signature information, and Mobile Message performs the contact action chosen in Zapier. This is not an automatic two-way sync, so decide which direction each workflow should run.
