Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with ShopSTR!

A guest creates a new booking in ShopSTR and expects clear communication about the stay. ShopSTR’s New Booking trigger can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, giving the guest a confirmation or the next practical instruction. This helps hosts respond promptly while keeping booking management in ShopSTR.

New Chat and New Request can support other useful alerts. A new chat can notify a host that a guest is waiting for a response, while a new booking request can send an internal message to review the details. Booking Request Updated and Booking Cancelation Request Updated can also trigger an SMS when a request is confirmed, cancelled, approved or denied. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can run ShopSTR’s Create Chat action when a guest texts the connected number.

Each workflow is configured separately in Zapier. ShopSTR remains the source of booking and request events, and Mobile Message performs the selected SMS action. This is not a native two-way booking connection. Connect both accounts, map guest details and test messages before using the workflow live.
