Shopia SMS Integration

A blog post or social update is scheduled in Shopia, and someone needs to know that the content is ready to publish or promote. Shopia’s New Content trigger fires when content is set to publish, giving your team a useful moment for a simple SMS alert.

Through Zapier, New Content can trigger Mobile Message Send SMS. Text an editor before publication, alert a social manager that content is ready, or notify a business owner with the title and scheduled time available from Shopia. Shopia’s Generate Blog Article and Generate Content actions can produce copy within Shopia, but they do not provide a sensible response to a Mobile Message event in this connection.

This workflow is best for keeping publication responsibilities visible without asking staff to monitor another screen. It does not publish content through Mobile Message or create a two-way content workflow. Instead, Shopia remains responsible for scheduling and writing, while Mobile Message adds a direct notification when the chosen content event occurs. Keep the text short and include a clear internal action.
