A confirmation text can include the appointment time, business name and practical preparation details supplied by Set a Time. Creating a Mobile Message contact helps staff keep a usable record, while adding the customer to a list can support reminders or service-specific outreach. Set a Time's Create New Appointment action is not a natural response to an inbound SMS or delivery update, so the strongest workflow runs from the booking event into Mobile Message. The automation is configured through Zapier and remains one-directional. It does not mean that appointment records and SMS contacts are continuously synchronised.
