A website visitor submits a chatbot form, but the lead sits in a queue while your team continues handling other work. The longer the delay, the harder it is to make the first response feel relevant. Serviceform can start a Zap the moment a New Lead is submitted.

Mobile Message can then send an SMS acknowledgement, create a contact for later communication, or add the person to a list used by your team. New Flex Event and New Flex Item V2 can be used instead when those events contain the lead or customer details you want to act on. In the other direction, an inbound SMS can trigger Serviceform Create New Lead on Flex, giving your Flex space a record of a person who contacts your SMS number. This connection works through Zapier and uses separate, one-directional automations. It does not imply that every Serviceform field or message is automatically synchronised with Mobile Message.
