A service operator can be moving between jobs when a customer milestone needs a quick update. ServGrow can send Zapier an event when a Job Scheduled, Visit Finished or Job Finished event occurs, so Mobile Message can send a useful SMS without someone stopping to copy details between systems. New Customer can also start a welcome or confirmation text.

After a job is scheduled, the customer can receive the appointment information and a reminder to prepare. When a visit is finished, a text can confirm completion or explain the next step. A finished job can trigger a thank-you message, while a new customer can be added to a Mobile Message contact list for future communication. Each message can be personalised with fields from ServGrow.

The connection works through Zapier and keeps ServGrow focused on CRM, scheduling, jobs, invoices and payments. Mobile Message provides the outbound SMS action and contact management. If an inbound reply needs recording, Inbound SMS Received can run ServGrow's Create Customer action, although that should be used only when the incoming details represent a new customer.
