CR Self Booking Reminder SMS Integration

A form submission can be the first sign that someone wants a reminder, a callback, or a service update. CR Self Booking Reminder captures that submission, but a useful response can be delayed when the team has to check the form manually. Through Zapier, Mobile Message can send a text as soon as the form is received.

Use New Form Submission to trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with a confirmation or reminder. You can also use Create Contact to store the person’s phone number in Mobile Message, or Add Contact to List to place them in a suitable reminder audience. CR Self Booking Reminder’s Create Subscriber action can support a separate workflow where another app starts the process and a subscriber record needs to be created.

This setup gives customers a clear response after they submit their details and gives staff a record they can use for later messaging. It is not a two-way sync between the form tool and Mobile Message. Zapier simply passes the selected submission fields into the action you choose.
