A team member finishes work for the day, but a learner still needs to know that a new lesson or path is ready. Seismic Learning can notify Zapier when a new lesson, user or path is created. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to the relevant person, giving your training team another way to draw attention to an important learning task.

You can also use Mobile Message's inbound SMS event to create a user in Seismic Learning. For example, a person who texts a dedicated number could begin a simple enrolment workflow, with the details passed into the Create User action. This is useful when a training request starts outside the learning platform.

The connection is made through Zapier, not through a native two-way integration. Choose the Seismic Learning event that should start each Zap, or use Inbound SMS Received as the starting point for a Seismic action. Then map the available fields, write the SMS content and test the workflow before turning it on.
