A customer scans a Scribeless QR code after receiving a handwritten marketing note, and that moment can otherwise disappear into a reporting screen. Scribeless can send a New QR Code Scan event to Zapier, giving Mobile Message a practical way to send a follow-up SMS while the recipient is engaged. The text can acknowledge the scan, point to a next step or invite a response using the details available from the event.

Scribeless also provides an Add Recipients action for recurring campaigns. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received trigger can run that action when a person texts in and the required recipient information is available. This gives a business a route from an SMS response into a Scribeless campaign audience, while the New QR Code Scan path moves in the other direction and sends a message from the scan event. Each workflow should have clear consent and audience rules.

The connection is through Zapier rather than a native two-way integration. A Scribeless scan can trigger a Mobile Message SMS, or an inbound Mobile Message event can trigger Add Recipients in Scribeless. It does not imply automatic synchronisation between the recipient databases. Map the fields carefully and keep the message plain text.
