A credit repair team opens ScoreCEO and sees a new consumer, lead, or invoice waiting for attention. The record is there, but the next customer touch can still be delayed while staff review status, prepare a message, and switch to a separate sending tool. That gap matters when a new lead expects prompt contact or a consumer needs a clear update.

Through Zapier, ScoreCEO events such as Added Lead, Added Consumer, and Updated Lead Status can start Mobile Message actions. A new lead can receive an SMS inviting the next step, while a status change can send a progress update based on the information in ScoreCEO. Added Consumer Invoice can also alert a consumer or staff member that an invoice has been added. Mobile Message can send the text or create a contact for future use.

This setup gives credit repair operators a practical way to place SMS at important points in the portal workflow. It does not create a native sync between the systems. Instead, each Zap watches one ScoreCEO event and runs one Mobile Message action, allowing you to control recipients, wording, and the data passed into the message.
