Schedule It SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Schedule It!

Teams that schedule rooms, equipment and people in Schedule It can send a text when a new booking or task is added. EventAdded2, titled New Event/Task, can start Mobile Message Send SMS through Zapier, so the relevant participant or coordinator receives the details without someone copying them into a phone. Updated Event/Task can provide another notification point when plans change.

This is useful for venues, maintenance teams, training providers and project coordinators managing limited resources. A message can confirm that an event has been added, remind a resource manager to prepare, or flag that an existing task has changed. New Resource can also create a Mobile Message contact when a new person, room or equipment record needs a communication record. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can create a task in Schedule It when a reply should become visible on a resource schedule. The Zapier connection is configured one workflow at a time, with the fields and recipients you select. It does not provide two-way synchronisation between schedules and messages.
