Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SalonBridge!

A salon day can move quickly from online booking to a packed appointment book, retail sales and client payments. SalonBridge records those moments, but a customer may still benefit from a direct text confirmation or a prompt message after a new appointment. Staff should not have to copy client details between the salon console and an SMS platform while serving people in person.

Through Zapier, SalonBridge can start Mobile Message actions when a new client, appointment, payment or retail sale is recorded. A new appointment can send a plain text confirmation, while a new client can create a Mobile Message contact. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to run SalonBridge’s Update Client action, if the incoming text contains the information needed to identify and update that client. This is a set of one-directional automations, not a native two-way sync. Choose the SalonBridge event, map the available client fields and decide whether the result should be an SMS, a contact record or a client update. The approach helps salons respond at useful moments while SalonBridge remains the source for appointments and client records.
