Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SalesOptima Core!
This gives sales and service teams a practical way to acknowledge a contact event without manually copying details between systems. A new or changed record can prompt a personalised text, while an event such as a qualification milestone can add the person to a Mobile Message list for a later campaign. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can start a Zap that uses SalesOptima's Add or Edit Contact action, placing the incoming number and message details into the CRM.
The connection is configured in Zapier, not as a native two-way integration. Separate SalesOptima Core and Mobile Message accounts are required, and each workflow runs only in the direction selected.
