Salesloft connects to Mobile Message through Zapier, so events already happening inside a sales workflow can trigger a text message instead of sitting unread in an inbox between calls.

Every time a new person record is created in Salesloft, that lead can be added straight away as a contact in Mobile Message, ready for future texting without a rep touching a spreadsheet. A completed task can prompt a short text update to the prospect, and a booked meeting can trigger a reminder text so fewer people forget to show up. A new cadence starting for a prospect can also fire off an introductory text the moment outreach begins, rather than the rep waiting on the first cold call to land.

The reverse direction works too. When a prospect replies to a text, that reply can create a new person record in Salesloft automatically, so a rep never has to log an inbound contact who responded outside the usual channels by hand. None of this needs any code, it runs entirely from the triggers and actions each platform already exposes.
