Salescamp users often add a contact while moving quickly between prospecting and follow-up. That new record can sit untouched unless someone notices it and decides what happens next. Salescamp provides a New Contact trigger, and its Create Contact action can also receive a Mobile Message event through Zapier.

A newly created Salescamp contact can trigger a plain text welcome or follow-up through Mobile Message. If a prospect texts your business, Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can create a contact in Salescamp, giving the sales team a record to check. These workflows are useful for reducing missed handovers while keeping each system responsible for its own action.

Use the available contact fields to personalise the message or populate the Salescamp record. The connection is built in Zapier and does not imply that every later contact change is copied between both platforms.
