Safetymails SMS Integration

A signup form closes at midnight after a competition promoted mostly on social media, and by morning the list is full of addresses that were typed in a hurry, some misspelled, some clearly fake. Before anyone emails or texts a single person on that list, Safetymails checks each email address so the team is not sending a welcome message to something that bounces or was never a real inbox to start with.

The app's check email action validates an address the moment it comes in, catching typos and throwaway domains before they cost anyone their sender reputation. On its own it only validates, it does not message anyone, so paired with Mobile Message through Zapier it sits in the middle of a Zap, checking the address a form or a lead ad just captured before the final step sends a text to the person who filled it in.

A new entry in Typeform, a form response in Google Forms or a new lead from Facebook Lead Ads can each start the Zap, with Safetymails checking the email in the middle and Mobile Message sending the confirmation text at the end. The result is a signup process where the address gets checked and the person gets a text, both without anyone touching the list by hand.
