Manual checking creates gaps between lead creation and first contact, while copying details into a messaging tool adds another task. Through Zapier, Saalz events can start Mobile Message actions that notify staff or prepare a contact record.

New Lead can send a plain text alert to the salesperson who should follow up. New Deal can notify the relevant person when an opportunity is created, and New Contact can use Mobile Message's Create Contact action to add the person to your messaging records. New Company can also trigger an SMS for an internal handover when a new organisation is recorded. Mobile Message's Send SMS action is suited to short, immediate alerts, while Create Contact provides a record that your team can use in later messaging workflows.

The setup is selective and one-directional. Choose the Saalz event, map the available details and decide whether the result should be an SMS or a new Mobile Message contact.
