Use Cart Abandoned to send a reminder to the shopper, subject to your consent and contact rules. Use Web Orders Created to text a booking confirmation, arrival instruction or internal notification. RocketRez has no actions in the supplied Zapier surface, so this connection is one-directional from RocketRez to Mobile Message. It does not write an SMS reply or booking change back into RocketRez.
