A browser task can finish successfully while the person responsible is working somewhere else. Roborabbit can trigger a Zap when a task is created, a run begins, or a run has finished. Mobile Message can then send a plain text notice to the operator, so important automation results do not depend on someone repeatedly checking the Roborabbit dashboard.

Run Finished is the most useful event for a completion alert. It can send a message confirming that a browser task has ended, or flag a result that needs review when the available run data indicates that action is required. New Run can notify a team member that processing has started, while New Task can create a Mobile Message contact if the task data contains a person who should receive future notices.

Zapier connects the selected Roborabbit event to one Mobile Message action. Mobile Message does not control the browser task through this connection, and the platforms are not synchronised. The value is a clear text notification after a useful automation milestone.
