Through Zapier, Robly events can start Mobile Message actions that send a message, create a contact or place someone on a relevant SMS list. This gives email and text activity a clearer handover without requiring staff to re-enter details.

Robly provides New Contact, New List and New Unsubscribed Contact triggers. A New Contact event can use Send SMS or Create Contact in Mobile Message. A new Robly list can prompt Send SMS to List if you need to notify an audience, while an unsubscribe event can use Add Unsubscribe so the Mobile Message record reflects that preference. The exact fields and consent rules should be checked before activating customer messages.

You can also use Robly actions such as Create Contact or Add Contact to a List when a Mobile Message event starts a Zap.
