RiskAdvisor SMS Integration

An insurance agent receives a new client or policy record and needs the next contact to happen while the details are fresh. RiskAdvisor can send events such as New Client, New Policy and QuoteForm Submitted to Zapier, where Mobile Message can send a plain text SMS. That removes the need to copy a phone number into a separate messaging tool after every enquiry or policy update.

A new client can receive a welcome message, a submitted quote form can prompt confirmation, and a newly created policy can trigger practical next steps. New Risk Profile can also create a Mobile Message contact, keeping the SMS account ready for future communication. Where a customer texts the Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Create Client in RiskAdvisor if the information collected is enough for that action.

The connection gives an agency a clear event-based process without claiming a shared record between the platforms. Build each Zap in Zapier, select the RiskAdvisor trigger and Mobile Message action, map the client details, then test the result. Use only the events and fields that match your operating process and communication permissions.
