A vehicle that should never have been bookable stays off the calendar straight away, and one that's back in service again becomes available within minutes rather than whenever someone remembers to update the roster by hand. Ridehire manages that through two actions, blacking out a vehicle for a set date and time, or removing an existing blackout once it's no longer needed, so the booking calendar always matches what's actually on the road.

Connected through Zapier, a text from a driver can update the roster without anyone touching a booking system. A driver texting in to report their vehicle is off the road can trigger Ridehire to block it out straight away, and a follow up text confirming it's back can remove that blackout just as fast, so the fleet stays accurate without a dispatcher checking every message by hand, or trying to remember which vehicles are still parked up.
