Revaluate gives agents and loan officers signals through contact scores, while Mobile Message can turn a score change into a timely SMS. That helps teams act on a useful signal rather than relying on a weekly manual review.

Through Zapier, Revaluate triggers including Contact Ascend 80, Contact Descend 80 and Contact Weekly Score Trigger can start Mobile Message actions. A contact whose score rises above 80 can receive a carefully worded outreach message, while a score that falls below 80 can alert an internal team member. The weekly score trigger can also support a regular review message when that suits the workflow. Revaluate’s only listed action is Create Contact, so inbound SMS cannot update a Revaluate record here.

This connection is best used with thoughtful message content and appropriate consent. It does not predict a completed transaction or create a two-way sync. It simply passes a selected Revaluate event to the Mobile Message action configured in Zapier.
