A sales representative finishes a customer visit and records a note in RepMove, but the next action still depends on someone noticing it. RepMove can trigger a Zap when a new contact, account or task is created. Mobile Message can send the relevant person a plain text alert, while an inbound text can create a note or task back in RepMove.

This suits sales teams that organise accounts, contacts and daily activity in RepMove but need SMS for time-sensitive follow-up. A new account can prompt a welcome message, and a new task can remind a representative what to do next. If a customer texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can create a RepMove note, preserving the response where the sales team already works. You can also create or update a RepMove contact from an inbound message.

Each automation is configured in Zapier with one trigger and one action. It does not create a live sync between RepMove and Mobile Message, so you can keep the workflow narrow and choose exactly which sales events deserve a text or record.
