Chasing up a customer's details after their first purchase or their first text reply usually means someone copying information across by hand, and that is the step that gets skipped when things get busy. Reloadify is built to turn one time buyers into repeat customers through personal, ongoing email contact, but it can only do that once a profile exists for the person. When someone texts in through Mobile Message, that inbound reply can create a profile in Reloadify straight away, so the follow up sequence has somewhere to start without anyone entering the details later.

The connection runs one way through Zapier, an inbound text becomes a new Reloadify profile, it does not pull Reloadify data back into Mobile Message or send anything on Reloadify's behalf.
