Referrizer SMS Integration

Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Referrizer!

A customer checks in at your clinic, studio or service business, and the visit is recorded in Referrizer. The customer may need a timely welcome, reminder or follow-up, but staff should not have to move contact details into a separate SMS tool after every visit. A Zapier workflow can turn Referrizer activity into a Mobile Message action.

New Visit can send an SMS when a contact is checked in. New Contact can create the person in Mobile Message or add them to a list for later communication. Referrizer actions such as Create/Update Contact and Create/Update Booking are available when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS, so a customer text can create a record in Referrizer when that genuinely fits your process. Each workflow is one-directional and runs only from the selected trigger to the selected action.

Use the connection for focused moments such as welcoming a first-time visitor, recording an SMS-originated contact or sending a message after check-in. It does not provide automatic two-way syncing between Referrizer and Mobile Message. You choose the event, map the available fields and define the customer-facing result.
