Referral Rock SMS Integration

Referral programme operators want new members and referrals to feel acknowledged, not left waiting for the next campaign email. Referral Rock can start a Mobile Message workflow when a New Member or New Referral is created. New Reward can also mark a moment when a participant may appreciate a clear notification.

A Zap can welcome a new member by SMS, tell a referrer that a referral has been recorded, or notify someone when a reward is created. Mobile Message can create a contact or add one to a list, making it easier to separate referrers, referred customers and reward recipients for future messages. Updated Referral and Updated Member can support selected follow-up communication when records change. The connection runs through Zapier and uses the fields each event provides. It is not a native two-way referral sync, and it does not decide whether a reward is valid. It simply gives your programme a direct text channel for moments that matter.
